Megan is a Love Your Brain Level 2 certified yoga and mindfulness teacher who offers yoga and mindfulness practices to the brain injury community through Love Your Brain’s Mindset series, MossRehab Institute for Brain Health, and privately.

Yoga for the TBI & Migraine Community

Private Yoga

Megan is a well-loved private yoga teacher in the Philadelphia area and virtually via Zoom. She is certified in and offers trauma-informed, gentle, yin, and vinyasa yoga. Her focus on the therapeutic application of yoga for body and mind allows clients to experience an authentic practice rooted in research and humility.
