Support for the TBI, mTBI, & Chronic Migraine Community

I teach an in-person and online workshop called Yin and Gentle Yoga for Migraines & Chronic Headaches.

In response to the many who have asked, I am offering a recorded suite of online yogic tools to help those with chronic migraines and other headaches. I have a personal history of chronic migraines and multiple mTBIs. To those amid these thorny patches, I offer a gentle reminder that healing is hardly ever linear. LoveYourBrain Mindset Program

LoveYourBrain offers this free program to those who’ve sustained a TBI/mTBI and their caregivers. They offer two interactive programs and an ‘on your own’ program. The interactive program is a six week commitment. Participants can choose facilitated group discussion only or yoga and facilitated group discussion. The website has a library of free guided meditations and yoga nidra.
