Find refuge with a yin yoga and yoga nidra practice.
Our session will begin with a grounding yin/restorative yoga practice, preparing everyone for a restful and deeply conscious yoga nidra practice. Yoga nidra is sometimes called “yogic sleep”, and is available to all seeking rest. Our Cosmic Rest practice includes astrological insights to inspire and set intentions. This blend helps us reconnect with our essential being through deep relaxation.
Megan began teaching Yin Yoga over a decade ago, and she loves offering this practice as a gateway to a deeper awareness of all parts of our being. She often shares the practice of yoga nidra in her classes and through her work within the Traumatic Brain Injury community, including veterans. As a professional astrologer, she inspires people to live compassionately and authentically.
