New Moon Blessings to All of Us!

New Moon in Aquarius – 23º 16’

There is a hum, an unfindable vibration scoring the landscape of our current days. 

This lack of certainty produces an undercurrent of agitation that could push us to act with volatility which appears only to ourselves as pure certainty – it is usually unfounded showmanship. This vibration is like the drone of a transformer locked in what appears to be an empty warehouse in a forgotten part of town. It is giving power precariously to any switch you choose to put on. 

This New Moon in Aquarius is ripe with voltage, air, and potential. Aquarius’ modern ruler is Uranus. Uranus governs our nervous system, so this low-level hum could be felt in our bodies as anxiety or excitement – this will only build as we approach the Saturn Uranus square exact on February 17th. The first of these three squares in 2021, the “astrological headliner” of the year. Use this sensation to spark what you want to build in the year to come. Learn to harness it with each pass, this is the first.

Aquarius energy is strong, even if we are not in the Age of Aquarius, we are getting tones and whispers of our role and what is to come out of this collective tumult. This New Moon may be best served by being our best mad scientist or wise crone in the cave – concocting or preparing for our future selves against all odds. 

Saturn is sextile Chiron, the wise & wounded teacher, ask yourself what you want to learn, what you want to heal, and how you can serve. Serving and helping others may feel itchy at the moment, as all this collective energy in Aquarius is pulling on our Leo side. Jupiter and Venus, are at a table with this New Moon, Mercury is in the middle. Slow down. Listen. Wisdom is born from our ability to listen. Creativity and love are born there too. Experiences may pop-up out of nowhere – how it is felt depends on how well we’ve listened. Cheer yourself on. 

Dare to whisper your dreams to yourself. Envision your future Self. Write them down, place them in an envelope and open on the Aquarius Full Moon this August.
