I am sending you an extra email this week to let you know of some changes and offerings.
Firstly, Yoga for Chronic Headaches & Migraines Workshop is postponed. It seems as though there is plenty of interest, but we can’t seem to get the time right. If this workshop interests you, please respond with a general time that could work for you (ie: weekend morning, weeknight, Sunday evening). I am passionate about sharing the skills I have gathered here, because it has helped me on numerous occasions.
Second, I am leading a FREE online 6-week LoveYourBrain Mindset program for those with traumatic brain injury (including concussion) and their caregivers to explore the benefits of yoga, meditation, and community. If the time I am teaching isn’t good for you, choose any teacher. I can’t recommend this program enough, so share forward with anyone who could benefit.
Lastly, I hope you’re taking time to be good to you. Astrologically speaking, we still have lots of energy to work with as we ride the waves of January. Working with it is better than trying to block flood waters with a thumb. My recommendation is to use this energy to ground into yourSelf, get your tasks done, and stay disciplined towards intentions and goals. Focus on what is possible in this very moment.
