Hi’ya!

This Philly morning brings warm coffee in my favorite mug and the anticipation of snow! 

A big thank you to all who attended the Yin Yoga & Astrology workshop. It was nice to connect with everyone. I  hope there was a dash of discovery and as this week unfolds some magic greets us all.  If you’d like to read my writing about the Total New Moon Eclipse in Sagittarius – check my Instagram. I was able to catch Jupiter and Saturn way up high above the rooftops early last night. To see this rare planetary alignment  look up in the Southwest sky. You can also catch Venus and the Moon bright and early in the morning . There is always something to look up towards.

Weekly yoga classes this week will be on as scheduled. Tuesday class – have a strap, robe sash, or belt, yes again. 🙂 I am feeling like shoulders and the space that lifts our hearts could use a tune up this week. If anyone has any requests – email me.

My yoga classes are always open to all bodies and are offered on a sliding scale. Always.
